He worked to create a 3” thick ring binder containing all of our financial information, required end of life documents and of extreme importance to us a single binder that contains items such as life insurance value and contact number, bank and brokerage account, land deeds, etc. Having all information organized and understandable will lessen the burden on our children upon our passing. The Estate Planning documents takes all the guess work out of the picture; our survivors will know exactly how we want all things handled.

On a personal note we found Mr. Ross to be professional and understanding as to our questions which we did ask more than once. He keeps his appointment time and has his staff is available as witnesses, assembling documents, etc. during our final meeting so we left the meeting with the complete package.

We are very pleased with the services of J. Oren Ross II in setting up our Living Trust. He gave a very thorough overview of the different kinds of trusts and their uses and the advantages of using a Trust vs. Probate. When setting up our Living Trust, Oren answered all our questions in plain understandable terms which made it easy for us to make decisions and proceed with confidence. With his help, we were able to complete everything we needed for our Living Trust and four Inheritance Trust documents. I really like the notebook that he put together for us to have all the documents and forms in one place.

Mr. Ross was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. Each of our meetings was very well laid out and organized. When we returned to sign our paperwork, everything was stacked in order. He went through it all page by page. If we had questions he explained in detail to insure that we understood each and every item. We had called with questions and changes before the final signatures.
